This flexible Schedule 40 PVC pipe permits compound curves, greatly reducing the number of fittings otherwise required. It also reduces friction loss caused by elbows. Standard Schedule 40 or 80 PVC fittings can be used. We recommend using solvent cement (235) with a acetone type pipe primer, when cementing flexible PVC pipe.

Reminder: When applicable Stainless Steel Hose Clamps make a great alternative versus cement glue to connect flexible pvc pipe to filtration apparatus.
