Solid Construction:
The light is made of an all aluminum housing, which has received a baked on powder coating paint, which is corrosion and salt-creep resistant. The LEDs are solder welded onto an aluminum board AL-PCB instead of a normal PCB, which passively solves the heat dissipation factor, rendering a fan free and completely quiet working unit. Included internally are protection tubes, in the rare unlikely event an led burns out, the protection tubes makes the unit easy to repair and re-assemble.

For the power cords, we use a heavy-gauge grounded wire, with plated end connectors.

Optic Lens:
The bumps you notice on the lens in the images, are what you would call "diffuser honeycomb optic lens". The bumps act as another small lens, on top of the surface of the optic lens to further refract light, to give a greater spread and to create a more natural looking moonlight over the water.
