Hi Mily, You're very smart to ask the questions before you run out and get a tank and fish. I would suggest visiting pet stores and also reading a couple of books. If you see a fish you like, read up on it and see if it's a good community tank fish or not. You don't want your new fishies attacking one another. I don't have any killies at the moment but the past pair I had were gorgeous: Fp. mirabile traudae Tinto. They're easy to keep, easy to spawn. And the colors in the male are almost always this vibrant!
