Fun Facts: The Candy Cane, and Red Scarlet Skunk Cleaner Shrimp - Lysmata amboinensis, sets up shop in a cave in the reef for fish to come by and be cleaned of parasites. This behavior can be seen in reef tanks, the fish will visit the shrimp on a regular basis. The shrimp gets fed, the fish gets relief from parasites. Symbiotic animal relationships like this one, with the ability of being seen in captivity, makes aquarium keeping all the more worth-while!
